MEETING ROOM USE
Meeting rooms are available for public use at the seven locations listed in the reservation form. More information about each location is available in our Facilities Directory.
Reserving a Meeting Room
NO MEETING ROOM RESERVATIONS DURING COVID-19 OUTBREAK
All fire stations are currently closed to visitors due to the COVID-19 outbreak. Meeting rooms will not be available for public use while Governor Inslee's Stay at Home, Stay Healthy order is in place. All reservations through May 9 have been canceled.
To reserve a room for a later date, complete and submit the form below. We will confirm receipt of your request.
Your reservation is not final until you get a second email from us confirming room availability.

Who Can Use Meeting Rooms?
Use of our meeting rooms is for nonprofit, non-political organizations only. Organizations must be based in South County Fire's service area (includes Brier, Edmonds, Lynnwood, Mountlake Terrace and unincorporated areas).
Users must follow these rules:
- No advertising or selling
- No political affiliation or campaigning
- No tobacco, alcohol or drugs
- Leave room clean and setup as you found it
Room Key Pickup and Return
You will need to pick up the meeting room key during regular business hours: Monday-Thursday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.; Friday, 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. from our Administrative Headquarters, 12425 Meridian Ave. S, Everett, 98208.
Please call 425-551-1200 before you come to schedule a pickup time and verify the key has been returned since the last use.
The key MUST BE RETURNED TO HEADQUARTERS BETWEEN 8 A.M. AND 9 A.M. ON THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY following your meeting room use.
Meeting Room Set-Up and Clean-Up
Facilities are equipped with standard classroom tables and chairs. Please do not borrow equipment or furniture from another room.
When you leave, return tables and chairs to the position in which they were found. Leave the room in a clean condition.
Tape of any kind is not permitted on the walls, floor or carpet.
