We do not have a dedicated secure fax line for records requests. If you have our old fax number, it is no longer connected. 

ATTENTION: For incident reports dated December 15, 2025 to present, you will receive the only report currently available to us, along with notice that our Incident Reporting System vendor expects printing and exporting functionality to be restored in March. This notice will remain posted until full functionality is restored.
