This workshop is designed for women in Snohomish County, age 18 or older, who are interested in pursuing a career serving their community as a firefighter, EMT or a paramedic.
The workshop is free, and participants are selected through an application process.
Registration is closed.
Check back for workshop dates coming in 2027.
Those who are selected to join the workshop spend a weekend:
- Learning about a day in the life of a first responder.
- Getting hands-on EMT and firefighter skills.
- Learning how to navigate the hiring process.
- Networking with current female first responders.
