Construction begins in 2026 on a new 13,000-square-foot fire station located at 18717 North Road, Bothell. Completion is scheduled in early 2027.

This new fire station will replace Hilltop Fire Station 22, currently at 20510 Damson Road, Lynnwood. The new location is one mile north of the current Station 22 facility, originally built in 1972.

The new fire station is designed to meet the operational and response needs of our growing community.

• The facility will feature modern infrastructure, enhanced equipment storage and upgraded firefighter living quarters.

• This station will accommodate up to six firefighters across four shifts, with an apparatus bay designed to house one fire engine, one aid unit and one reserve unit.

Groundbreaking is expected in late 2025.
